Completing the ‘Understanding Tenement Expenditure’ course has given me a better insight into the expenditure that can be applied on tenements. I also picked up quite a few excel tips doing the practical exercises. The friendly and knowledgeable team were always helpful and willing to assist, and prompt discussion in the group. I would suggest this course is ideally suited to anyone involved in managing tenements.
