Having spent 20 of his 30 years working in mining as a tenement manager, Peter is our resident mining compliance expert.
He began his career as a field technician on a drill rig in Orange, drilling the first holes into Cadia Mine.
Next, he became a tenement manager and studied to become a lawyer.
He regularly provided specialist advice and assistance to the mining industry.
He has a deep and thorough practical understanding of the industry and its challenges.
Peter’s experience combined with his in-depth knowledge of mining legislation and policy around Australia means he can step into your shoes in a heartbeat.
His strong conceptual and analytical skills allow him to develop creative solutions for complex or ambiguous issues.
Peter’s got a taste for adventure that, so far, has taken him hiking through the wilds of Tibet, Nepal, WA, TAS and Milford Sound, Routeburn Track, New Zealand.
