CPI Increases apply on renewal:
At LandTrack Systems, we ensure that our products are reliable, well supported and kept up to date with all legislative changes and new opportunities. We also want to ensure our products are good value for money.
Your ongoing license fees make this possible, and this is how we spend them:
Ongoing Product Development and bug fixes: 40%
Client Training and Support: 30%
Sales and Marketing: 20%
Overheads and Profit: 10%
Our current terms and conditions state that “ prices are subject to change without notice ”, which means there is no ongoing renewal price guarantee.
Having a clear renewal policy benefits clients by allowing you to confidently budget future costs, and minimise the risk of ad-hoc price increases. It also helps ensure we can maintain our high levels of support and technical expertise through long-term staff retention and recognising and valuing their increasing contribution appropriately.
As of July 1st 2019, all product renewals and licence fees will increase in price annually on the 1st July, by CPI + 2%, where CPI is the Australian Consumer Price Index over the previous year (measured March to March), based on Australian Bureau of Statistics publication 6401 .
This means that when you purchase a product from us, you will continue to pay the initial price plus the set annual increases as long as you have these products. This still entitles you to all enhancements to the product edition or module set you purchased, but not additional modules or changing edition (these can still be purchased at any time).
This is also independent of the current ‘list price’ of the products, which we adjust according to market conditions and the addition of new modules, editions, features and benefits.
