Datamine Acquires National Leading Mining Compliance Training and Software company

LandTrack Systems is delighted to announce its acquisition by Vela Industries Group’s Datamine , whose suite of digital solutions for the mining industry has an outstanding synergy with LandTrack System’s Australian mining compliance training and software.

LandTrack Systems’ versatile, intelligent, modern Asset Management System focuses on protecting, managing, and tracking mineral title compliance, agreements, and environmental activities worldwide, making is the perfect addition to the Datamine family.

Vela Industries Group’s Exploration General Manager John Shippick welcomes LandTrack Systems and said the acquisition is a perfect match between the two companies.
