When I was an Article Clerk at Hardy Bowen Lawyers I was tasked with compiling a solicitors report for a large package of tenements, for a client that shall remain nameless. The task took a couple of weeks to complete much to Bowen’s chagrin.  His senior associate reviewed my work to investigate why the delay.  When he saw how manual the process was, of extracting reports from MTO and Tengraph and collating the data, it was no surprise why it took so long.

It makes me weep when I see LT-Due Diligence complete this same task in 2 minutes!
