Linda Skender, Deblin Tenement Management Services

Certified 1 February 2017

About

Deblin Tenement Management Services

As a Tenement Manager Linda is responsible for the management of all issues associated with ensuring the client remains compliant with laws and regulations relating to the acquisition and maintenance of tenements, licences and other approvals required for all mining, exploration and project development purposes. This requires continuing pro-active engagement internally with client personnel and externally with government agencies and other external parties to ensure the client acquires and maintains access to land to meet its exploration and project development objectives.

Linda has more than 18 years' experience in tenement management, licensing and permitting with extensive knowledge of relevant legislation in Western Australia, the Northern Territory and South Australia. She is very familiar with the need to ensure timely application for new tenements and renewal of existing ones through working closely with exploration, project management and operational teams and establishing relationships of mutual respect and trust with key regulatory personnel. Effective tenement management demands the ability to understand and anticipate company land access strategies and needs and Linda has consistently demonstrated such capacity in her working history. Her previous experience includes 10 years with Readymix Holdings employed as National Coordinator of Licensing, Permitting and Environmental Approvals, where she administered all licensing and permitting requirements as well as tenement management, three years as State Manager of a Western Australian tenement consultancy, three years as Tenement Manager for Toro Energy and the past four years as a private tenement consultant for Deblin Tenement Management Services.
